Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Apps Made With AI (Florida, United States), operating this service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Apps Made With AI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Apps Made With AI builds native iOS and Android applications that render a website you control, and assists in submitting those applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play under developer accounts belonging to you.

3. Your website and your rights to it

You must own the website you submit, or be authorised by its owner to publish an application based on it. You are required to verify control of the domain before any build runs. Building an application from a site you do not control is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate termination.

4. Developer accounts

Applications are published from your own Apple and Google developer accounts. You are responsible for maintaining those accounts in good standing and for the fees they charge. Apps Made With AI acts on your behalf using credentials you provide and may revoke at any time.

5. Store review

Apple and Google decide independently whether to accept an application. Apps Made With AI does not control, influence or guarantee that outcome, and no statement on this site should be read as a promise of approval.

6. Your credentials and signing keys

Credentials you upload are encrypted before storage and are used only to perform the builds and submissions you request. You may delete them at any time. You are responsible for retaining your own copy of any Android upload keystore: if it is lost, no party — including Google — can update your published application.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Apps Made With AI to build or publish an application that:

• impersonates another person, business or product;
• facilitates fraud, phishing or the harvesting of credentials;
• distributes malware or circumvents platform security controls;
• infringes intellectual property rights; or
• violates the published policies of Apple or Google.

We check submitted domains against reputation services and may refuse or halt a build.

8. Fees, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to support@appsmadewithai.com. Cancelling stops future billing; the current paid period is not prorated. Applications already published remain in your developer account and remain yours.

9. Ownership

You retain all rights to your website, brand and content. You own the applications produced and the store listings they occupy. Apps Made With AI retains rights to the platform itself and to the template code from which applications are generated, licensed to you for the purpose of publishing your own applications.

10. Availability

The service is provided as-is. Builds depend on third-party infrastructure, and store submission depends on Apple and Google. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for rejected submissions, removed applications, or losses arising from a developer account you control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under Florida law, including the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify Apps Made With AI against claims arising from your website, your applications, your store listings, or your use of the service in breach of these terms.

13. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be notified to the email address on your account before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any rights you cannot waive, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that venue.
